Chris Gayle’s future as West Indies captain will be determined in the next week, with selectors set to recommend to the board their choice of leader for the forthcoming tour of Australia. As such, with West Ham aiming to go one better than qualifying for the Europa League with a top-four finish this time around, the signing of Lingard would very much appear to boost the club’s chances of going on and doing so, meaning the news that the Irons are planning to open negotiations with the 28-year-old in the coming weeks is undoubtedly good for everyone involved with the club.

ما رأيك في مارسيل كولر كمدرب.. أعتقد أنك تدربت معه بدرجة كافية لتحكم عليه؟

– أحد أهم المدربين في مسيرتي لأنه منحني فرصة اللعب لمنتخب النمسا عندما لم يكن يقدر أي مدرب آخر إمكانياتي من قبل.

ما أهم ميزة لـ كولر من الناحية التكتيكية وطريقته المفضلة من خلال تحليل البيانات هل يتراجع عندما يتقدم في النتيجة؟

– السنوات التي قضيناها في منتخب النمسا، أراد كولر أن يلعب دائمًا بأسلوب الضغط العالي، في التصفيات المؤهلة إلى كأس أمم أوروبا (يورو 2016)، نجحنا كثيرًا في تسجيل الأهداف وكانت لدينا العديد من الفرص في أول 20 دقيقة.

وإذا نجحنا في فرض أسلوبنا على المنافس من خلال الضغط، كان المهاجمون يرغبون دائمًا في تسجيل المزيد من الأهداف، لذلك الروح أيضًا مهمة بالنسبة لنا لم يعد يتعلق الأمر بالتكتيكات، كولر كان يجيد تحفيز اللاعبين.

وكيف يتعامل مع اللاعبين داخل وخارج الملعب؟ هنا مع الأهلي يطبق نظام اليوم الكامل هل كان يفعل ذلك في النمسا وماذا سيفيد هذا النظام؟

– يريد من خلال هذا النظام فرض قواعد صارمة على جميع اللاعبين في الفريق، يحب أن يعرف كل شخص ما هو مسموح به وما هو غير مسموح به، لقد كان يطبق هذا النظام بالفعل مع النمسا.

من هو اللاعب الذي لا يحبه كولر بمعنى ما هي الصفات السيئة التي لا يحبها في اللاعبين؟

– يرغب دائمًا كولر أن يتصف لاعبوه بالروح العالية داخل المباريات، أي مدرب يريد أن يكون لديه لاعبون يتمتعون بإمكانيات كبيرة من الناحية الفنية والتكتيكية، لكن الاختلاف بين الفريق العادي والفريق المميز هو الروح.

ما التغيير الذي طرأ على منتخب النمسا مما ساهم في تأهلكم إلى يورو 2016 في وجوده.. وترى أنه سيفعله سريعًا مع الأهلي؟

– خلال التدريبات، يضع كولر بعض التعليمات التي يجب أن يتبعها الفريق في كل مباراة وإذا نجحنا في تطبيقها يكون للفريق شكل منذ اللحظة الأولى، هذا ما يميز مارسيل.

هل أسلوب كولر مهاجم ومغامر بطريقة مباشرة على المرمى أم يفضل بناء الهجمات من الخط الخلفي؟

– الأسلوبان مهمان، أعتقد أنه يفضل اللعب الهجومي، لكن في بعض الأحيان، خاصة عندما يلعب الخصم كرات طويلة فقط لمهاجميه في عمق الدفاع، يحاول تأمين فريقه ولا يهاجم كثيرًا لكنه يفضل المغامرة واللعب من الخلف.

لماذا بقي كولر كل هذه السنوات مع النمسا لقد ظل 6 سنوات كمدرب لهذا المنتخب؟

– لأنه قام بالفعل بعمل رائع معنا، كانت هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تمتلك فيها النمسا أسلوب وهوية واضحين، وقد أحب اللاعبون ذلك، علاوة على الجماهير أحبت الطريقة التي لعبنا بها.

Therefore, Gerrard would be wise to unleash his most potent attacker back into the starting lineup when Villa take on a team rooted to the bottom of the table, giving his side the best chance of securing all three points.

Nesta sexta-feira, Carille aprimorou o time, que está invicto na temporada: são sete vitórias e cinco empates em 12 apresentações, sendo a última no clássico contra o São Paulo, em 24 de setembro. No CT Joaquim Grava, o treinador treinou separadamente a linha defensiva titular (Fagner, Balbuena, Pablo e Arana) e reserva (Léo Príncipe, Pedro Henrique, Léo Santos e Marciel). No outro campo, os auxiliares trabalharam cruzamentos e finalizações com os volantes, meias e atacantes.

Encerrada esta parte do treino, os 11 titulares foram chamados para mais uma sessão de trabalhos, desta vez para melhorar o posicionamento e a tomada de decisões nas bolas paradas defensivas, que têm sido um pesadelo do Timão no Brasileiro. Mantuan e Carlinhos foram desfalques do treino por estarem a serviço do time sub-20, Danilo fez trabalhos de prevenção de lesão e Vilson é o único ainda lesionado, sem jogar desde que operou o joelho, em março.

O Corinthians ainda treina neste sábado, às 10h, antes de enfrentar a Ponte Preta no dia seguinte, no estádio Moisés Lucarelli.
