أكد مصدر مسؤول بلجنة التحكيم، على تأييد البرتغالي فيتور بيريرا رئيس اللجنة لقرار حكم مباراة سموحة والمقاولون العرب بشأن ركلة الجزاء بالمواجهة التي جمعت بينهما ببطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز.

وشهدت المباراة لقطة مثيرة للجدل بعد احتساب ركلة جزاء لصالح المقاولون العرب، نفذها جوزيف أوشايا وتصدى لها حارس المرمى وتابعها محمد سالم بتسديدة سكنت الشباك، لكن حكم المباراة ألغى الهدف بداعي دخول محمد سالم إلى منطقة الجزاء قبل تنفيذ ركلة الجزاء.

وقال المصدر في تصريحات لـ بطولات: “فيتور بيريرا يرى أن قرار طاقم الحكام باحتساب ركلة حرة غير مباشرة وإلغاء هدف المقاولون صحيح”.

وأردف: “رأي بيريرا في هذه الواقعة أن القرار صحيح، لأن لاعب المقاولون محمد سالم كان متقدمًا واستفاد من هذا التقدم بتسجيل هدف”.

وبسؤاله لماذا لا يرى بيريرا تشابه بين هذه الواقعة وركلة جزاء علي معلول أمام الزمالك قال: “المقاولون استشهد في خطابه الرسمي الذي أرسله للجنة الحكام، بأن هدف الأهلي الخامس في مرمى الزمالك (مباراة 5-3) الحكم أعاد ركلة جزاء التي سددها معلول وتصدى لها أبو جبل ومن ثم تابعها محمد شريف وسجلها هدف، الحكم محمد عادل عاد للفيديو وألغى الهدف وأعاد ركلة الجزاء”.

لماذا لا تنطبق هذه الواقعة على ركلة جزاء المقاولون وسموحة؟ أجاب: “في مباراة الأهلي والزمالك، أبو جبل كان متقدم عن خط المرمى، ومحمد شريف كان دخل منطقة الجزاء أثناء التسديد، إذن هناك خطأ على لاعب من الزمالك ولاعب من الأهلي، ولذلك كان القرار إعادة ركلة الجزاء، وهذا ما ينص عليه القانون”.

وأتم: “ولكن في واقعة مباراة المقاولون وسموحة، الهاني سليمان كان على خط المرمى ولم يرتكب أخطاء، ولاعب سموحة محمد سالم هو الوحيد الذي استفاد من تقدمه داخل منطقة الجزاء أثناء تسديد ركلة الجزاء، ولذلك كان القرار ركلة حرة غير مباشرة”.

Dinesh Chandimal’s has been ruled out of the India series by the hairline fracture he sustained after being hit on the right thumb while batting in Pallekele.He had been on 25 when a Hardik Pandya bouncer caught him on the glove, as he attempted to work the ball towards the legside. Should Everton sign Oumar Solet?

Everton's defence was not the crux of Everton's issues last season, with the Merseyside outfit concluding the 22/23 Premier League campaign as the division's second-lowest scorers, but there is still work to be done to solidify the backline and especially so following the defensive departures.

One of the defensive aces at Goodison Park to play a big part under Dyche – who joined in January following the dismissal of Frank Lampard – was Michael Keane, who had previously starred for the manager at Burnley.

11 of Keane's 12 Premier League appearances last term came in the latter half of the campaign, under Dyche's stewardship, though he was benched for two of the three victories Everton achieved during this period.

Harangued for his "amateurish defending" by Liverpool Echo's Tony Scott, the £80k-per-week dud is not the answer to catapult the Blues back toward prominence, and if Dyche fails to bolster his backline and instead opts to give the 30-year-old a regular starting berth, it could prove detrimental for the club's seasonal hopes.

Solet could prove to be the perfect upgrade, having recorded an exceptional average Sofascore rating of 7.42 in the Austrian Bundesliga last season, completing 88% of his passes, making 2.6 tackles and 3.4 clearances per game and winning 66% of his ground duels – praised for his "superb" showings by journalist Zach Lowy.

Keane, comparatively, produced an average rating of 6.8 in the Premier League, completing only 70% of his passes and making 0.6 tackles and 1.2 interceptions per game, though he did demonstrate his sweeping prowess by making 4.6 clearances per match.

The one-time Burnley star has lost his way and simply has too many mistakes in him; Dyche must put sentiment aside and bolster his backline with a rising star.

Indeed, the 6 foot 4 Solet is the towering presence Everton need to rekindle their cohesion and fluidity, and with the ball-playing skills to match, he could prove to be an avenue worth delving down for Dyche and co.

Leeds United are “in the race” to sign Paris Saint-Germain starlet Edouard Michut this summer, but a new report has revealed just how many teams are in the mix.

Who is Edouard Michut?

Michut is primarily a central midfielder who has played his football at the Parc des Princes ever since his childhood days, having graduated from the academy to get promoted to Luis Enrique’s first team back in January 2022. But having only ever made eight senior appearances, his future is extremely uncertain.

Last term, France’s youth international was sent out on a season-long loan to Championship rivals Sunderland where he started 12 games in the second-tier, so knows what it takes to compete at the required level, and whilst he’s since returned to his parent club where he has two years remaining on his contract, it’s unlikely he’ll be staying put.

Culture PSG’s Luca Demange was recently asked during a public interview whether the 20-year-old would be able to stake his claim in the Ligue 1 outfit’s starting squad this season, to which he replied:

كشفت تقارير صحفية إسبانية، عن موقف تشافي هيرنانديز، المدير الفني لفريق كرة القدم الأول بنادي برشلونة، من استمرار جواو فيليكس في الموسم المقبل.

اللاعب البرتغالي معار لـ برشلونة حتى نهاية الموسم الجاري، مع امكانية تمديد الإعارة من أتلتيكو مدريد.

حالة جواو فيليكس، واحدة من العديد من الأشياء المجهولة التي تحوم في مكاتب برشلونة، بعد تسجيل 10 أهداف وصناعة 6، ولكن الوضع يبدو أكثر جدلًا من أي وقتٍ مضى.

صحيفة “سبورت” الإسبانية، أكدت أن عندما ذكر اسم جواو فيليكس في الصيف الماضي، لم يكن خيار ذا اهمية، وفي وقت لاحق، أصبح من اللاعبين المؤثرين، ولكن سرعان ما تراجع مستواه.
